Returns and Exchanges
- Items ordered via the E-shop can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt to the operator’s address under the following conditions: the item must be returned in its original condition and show no signs of wear.
- You are not required to provide a reason for the return. Refunds for returned items will be made within 14 days to your bank account.
- Items purchased in-store can only be exchanged within 14 days. Returns are not possible.
- You are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to us. Shipping costs for sending the item back to you will be covered by us.
- In the case of uncollected shipments (breach of contract), a fee of 120 CZK must be paid to account number 7034071028/5500 or 5 EUR to account CZ8155000000007034071028 to cover damages, shipping costs, and packaging.
