    Leather Garment Care:

    Before wearing your leather garment for the first time, we recommend impregnating it thoroughly. This protects the leather from moisture and prevents dirt from penetrating the leather structure. It also makes cleaning easier. After the season, it is beneficial to nourish the garment with a care cream. Proper care extends the lifespan of your leather clothing.

    We recommend Leather Wax cream for black leather that repairs unwanted defects and imperfections + foam Protector Foam, which protects and prolongs durability. Also according to use here: Impregnation and Cleaning. Wax + Foam can be combined.

    Please keep in mind: leather is a natural product; irregularities are part of its character.

    Returns and Exchanges - Complaints
    • Exchange:
      Write your name as per the order and the order number + the size/product you want to exchange for on a piece of paper. Place the paper inside the package. (no cash on delivery). Email: info@brixtonbest.cz - Please deliver between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

    • Return:
      Write your name as per the order, order number, and bank account number with a request for refund on a piece of paper. Place the paper inside the package. (no cash on delivery), Email: info@brixtonbest.cz - Please deliver between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
    • The simplest and fastest option:
      Print the order/invoice and simply write your description or request for exchange/return/complaint/defect as indicated above.

    • Send the goods to the address:

      Please deliver between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

    • Goods ordered through the E-shop can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt to the operator’s address under the following conditions: - the goods must be returned in original condition - the goods must show no signs of wear.

    • You do not have to state the reason for returning the goods. Refunds for returned goods will be credited to your bank account within 14 days.

    • Goods purchased in-store are subject to a 14-day exchange period only. Returns are not possible.
